No goods may be returned without prior authorization by Online Filter Supply. Return authorization is valid for 30 days only. Products shipped in error will be accepted for return with full credit. Shipping discrepancies must be brought to OFS’s attention within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Standard products may be returned for credit with proper authorization within three months of date of invoice, with a 25%-50% restocking charge and freight cost depending on the item. Returned products must be in original package, in new sell-able condition and shipped freight prepaid. OFS reserves the right to determine the acceptability of the returned goods for resale. Products made to order are not returnable and non-refundable (any order that has a lead time is built to order). Damaged product because of shipping may qualify for a return or replacement of product. Must report damaged products to OFS within 24 hrs of receiving order. Picture of damage must be sent to Info@onlinefiltersupply.com, and return authorization must be granted. Refunds may take up to 90 days to process.
